In fact a study was conducted known as COFFEE ,CAFFEINE AND RISK OF TYPE 2 DIABETES A PROSPECTIVE COHORT STUDY IN YOUNGER AND MIDDLE-AGED U.S. WOMEN by a diabetes journal. The main objective of the study was to study the effect of high coffee consumption on women aged 26-46 years associated with lower risk of type 2 diabetes .
And the results of the study suggests that moderate consumption of both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee may lower risk of type 2 diabetes in younger and middle-aged women. Coffee constituents other than caffeine may affect the development of type 2 diabetes. Consumption of 2 or more cups of coffee was considered to be effective .
High coffee consumption makes your body better glucose tolerant and lowers down the risk of developing type 2 diabetes . Short term studies also shows that caffiene can lower down the insulin sensitivity .
Comparing the highest versus the lowest coffee consumption categories, caffeinated coffee was associated with a 27% reduced risk and decaffeinated coffee with a 20% reduced risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Higher the amount of coffee consume higher can be the risk of endometriosis in womens . Not much evidence for this are there but .
Studies have shown high consumption of coffe can be a major risk of bone fracture in women . But in men its opposite .
